Well, it would be good to see OZL fails but if they succeed like some predicted then that money in the kitty is theirs. The good the bad and the ugly you say? They're all ugly mate! Did they intent to prove up the assets for S/H? Did they acquire centro with S/H money for S/H? If they did then I suppose you could call those 'the good'. But I don't think they did, by the look of things.
