Not sure what would happen in this scenario. Would be very interesting. However I doubt people who have accepted would be entitled to a higher price simply because a higher offer was presented. Unconditional implies there are consequences for breaching what are now contractual duties to follow through with the terms of the takeover. Unless OZL increase their offer price in response to a higher offer, which is technically allowed, this is the only way I envisage current acceptors will be able to reap the benefits of an increased offer. If OZL don't correspond to any higher bid it does not make sense to me how people in an unconditional contract can just move on to another contract with better terms. It would only apply to people holding imho.
