Come on, committing to doing something beyond 50% is not the same as committing not to do something below 50%. Don’t need a courtroom, that is just plain ordinary english. It should have been clearly understood that OZL could declare the bid unconditional at their total discretion. This type of situation is quite normal in bids, nothing area51’ish about it at all.
