As I said then, those shares (excl the insto ones) were “locked away”. OZL was already in a position to decide what happened to them, no one else. That is what happens to your shares when you accept a conditional offer such as that.
You need to find your reading glasses.
PS On some boards all you have to do to get dozens of TUs is to be a raving luney, on others Buffet wouldn’t get a TU.
