After having a bit of a think, I mixed up my movies.
I was thinking of the line in Mel Brooks’s movie, History of the World part one ( first video I ever watched).
The line, went something like this ( Shouty Man in the market square trying to entice people to buy his product) “ Pluming Pluming, get your plumbing here!, pipe the excrement, right out of your house”!!!
Nick may or may not be in this category but some of the replies to his views make me think that some others, think this way.
PS Count De’ Monay was my fav character in that movie.
