The parcel of 463,052,428 shares that were traded via chi-x yesterday represent the cash settled equity swaps noted on Annexure A of the announcement. And the previous HP announcement.
Redstone was the taker and I assume they had an agreement to buy the underlying shares at the end of the swap period which is why the parcel went through on market yesterday.
