I love reading the posts from you guys. Reminds me of cute 4 year olds trying to have an adult style conversation.

I knew about the performance shares for a long time. Didn't think they would reach the milestone though. I am still suspicious of the way they magically got over the line, just in time and with pro-ratering of figures.

In response to Dineen and others. Hilarious that you guys have drawn the conclusion that I must have been given the chop - and then Royal Commission comments come out. I am in my mid 50's now and have retired (again). I had a few years off several years ago and while I had intended to spend more time at sea and less in front of my computer - I was always drawn back to the screens. This time I hope to spend a lot more time on the ocean. I will still be working with a family office as a consultant, but will do my best to not get on here and ruin the helium party you guys are trying to have.

Finally, the analayst I mentioned cannot be named on an open forum like this. He is highly rated in the Australian small cap space and is the head of research for a major Australian firm. Of the top 25 mandated small cap specialist asset management firms he is in the top 5 on the broker list at most of them. I used to work with him and introduced him to John and IR. He thought was interesting but had no interest in initiating coverage. I did attend a meeting with him when an overseas fund manager inquired about the company - he had taken over a portfolio and had a holding in ISX that he didn'tvknow anything about. The analyst dismissed the suggestion of covering the stock immediately and when questioned by me he said he had concerns about too many tentacles in too many areas. His comments only and I await the barrage of abuse from you all.

Bottom line. I have followed this company for years. I made 35% in the last 6 months or so, and that is a tremendous investment. Thank you to GH and Sir Tadealot - some solid comments and logical analysis helped keep me in the loop.

Now, the additional shares issued is my BIG concern. If it doesn't concern you all then that is absolutely fantastic and maybe a 30%+ dilution of my holding shouldn't have bothered me either - but it did and I am now out of the stock. I am not suddenly a communist or a terrorist - I just decided that this stock no longer meets my investment metrics and I decided to explain why here.

If being a contrarian is such a bad thing then maybe I should get off the screens sooner and onto the ocean. I have made most of my money being a contrarian though - so while I can fade into the background on this forum I will continue to invest without emotion and hopefully will make 35% on a couple of other stocks this year.....
