Surely the fact that there was so much speculation which was negative, and detrimental to the company with it's effect on the SP meant a trading halt was necessary.
Much of the damaging speculation occurred in here. Anyone like myself, or lexcorp, or david but there were others, who tried to explain how damaging and unnecessary at best this was, were ignored.
We don't have all the facts yet. That's the point! We didn't when the trading halt was first called.
After you have all the facts, then you can finally make a judgement. IMO.
