Well it seems likely there will be more disclosures tomorrow and the day after...
Given the fact that this change in substantial holding by CS occurred on the 12th of Sep, but the market was only notified today, conventional wisdom then suggests that substantial changes that occurred on the 13th should be reported by tomorrow those that occurred on the 14th on the subsequent day?
This is despite it being clearly stipulated in the ASIC that "notice must be given within 2 business days of the change"
