They have 2 days to make these announcements to ASX. So we are looking at what they did 2+ days ago. They probably sold down already (and maybe bought back again any borrowed shares). So expect another 2 announcements : ceasing to be substantial and then becoming substantial. They may rinse and repeat a few times while there's enough volatility.
