Ann: Becoming a substantial holder, page-32

It is interesting to look through the  the 130 odd pages of buy/sell transactions listed by UBS in taking their stake in A2M. Starting from 06 June with the last listed being 02 October. It has taken some 4 months before they have had to disclose the holding. Their strategy is in doing so has been quite similar to the the other two recent declared substantial holders. Create market momentum and liquidity, sell market down and rebuy. Throw in a bit of fear and bad news along the way and create a premium on your average buy in price. Lets see where where it takes A2 from here. You could probably work it out if you had the time and inclination as to what their average cost per share would be. Currently holding and will see what unfolds in the next few days as whether I will add a few more at this time
