    I didn't see them mentioned anywhere.  Went back over their announcements and it looks like they trade this stock all the time.  Buy on some days sell on others.  Maybe whats has happened is this 

    1) first announcement 11/10 they become a substantial holder (5.05%)

    2) second announcement (recently). Due to trading they slip under the 5% so no longer a substantial holder

    3) third announcement (today). Due to trading they increase their shareholding back to 5.02% so back to being a substantial holder.

    It looks like they aim to make money out of these daily trades but maybe they also have a longer time frame in mind.
