Do they do a history?
My theory is that ownership is transferring from retail to insto and there is an increase in insto ownership with each major drop (as retail bail out). The last split I saw was 60% Insto and 40% retail. With the transfer, we get tighter movements within algo bands, i.e. not the wild swings that retail gives you coming in and out.
