These guys don’t represent 5% of the shareholders they represent 1 entity with 5% of the stock which they only just bought. After reading some of the reasoning why they put the 249d in and one of them was because the current board held 0% stock . The parts of the board who left might have been not quite independent given the % they held and the entry price achieved. Owning stock and Independant decision making do not always go hand in hand.Â
