1) Look at the bottom of the latest Ann: Signed by Geoffrey Lord - capacity: Director
2) Have a closer look at the last quarterly, without the one-off government grant their burn rate is almost half a mil per qtr. Next qtr they estimate even higher cash outflows (and that's just an estimation)
