They went below 5% on 8/2 with about 7-8m left. They declared substantial in June 18 at $0.275. So they are taking a real bath.
22m went through yesterday so expect a follow up.
If an offer is made from here I think it would be about 9c (50% loss for me) based on 5 day average of $0.07 with a 30% premium. They seem to be really going for it.
