Correct. I'm fairly certain that the pirates see this coming so I can now confirm that an EGM announcement is "imminent".
This is good for shareholders. If we get enough votes we will be able to remove the existing directors, staunch the bleeding of cash, and take a look behind the curtain to find out exactly what the pirates have done with our money.
