Correct. The pirates won't get to 90% - so while they may still feel a sense of entitlement, they won't be legally entitled to compulsorily acquire our shares.
Delisting of HML from the ASX may still happen though as HML is coming up to two years being suspended. I'd like to think though that if it's at ASX's discretion rather than being mandatory, then ASX would cut the new directors some slack and give them time to correct the course of the ship, as it were.
