It is, but, I also think there are a number of other funds that have bought in through AVMXY but much smaller positions not having to report as there is no reporting needed unless they are at a certain % of OS, JMO. In the last two weeks we have traded in a channel and in a certain way every morning we have the price start lower (I think from melon shares obtained on ASX) and large blocks buy in on the uptick size and not on downtick so they aren't playing it.
This is just an observation from reading the tape, 50-60K blocks just aren't the Jones down the street and without it trading millions in volume it's not traders, IMO.
I hope both markets can act in tandem sooner or later rather than one bringing the other down/up by large %'s etc from traders.
