I have to think this through a bit more to rate the news. It is certainly not a bad news but I am concerned about the size of the voting power. unless I am missing something, my understanding was a 20% cap rule on each holding entity ... have to review the rules and read the Ann a bit more in details.
Also interesting is the purchase dates ...
