It depends on how EVM wants to cut the cake,, this can be done in many different ways. Some companies are listed as CDI share entities on ASX.

I do believe there are some tax complications when you acquire shares from the US, special rules and regulations apply, no problem with CDI shares but it might be structured differently. Once EVM shine some more light on this, you will know what the plan is and respond accordingly.

I most admit, I am surprised to see no one has initiated a class action against this company.

Good luck to all, great technology concept but what a shame to see the Australian Government failing to build a leading renewable industry in this country. Time to move on.
