Just because a company is suspended from ASX it doesn't necessarily mean it can't continue its business.

This is a deposit agreement from New York Bank. Looks to me this might go ahead, shareholders may get a pleasant surprise. Will not be surprised if EVM relist on NYSE as the company has no live projects going in this coal driven country.
