For goodness sake he’s a shareholder not a Director. Not one of the Executives. How he fills in the form is his business and says nothing about him as a person or about Alexium. On the other hand you might reflect that he has been steadily and quietly buying over the years while this change has been going on. (Ref the top 20 changes). You don’t do that lightly. Personally I rather like the fact that he holds this many shares.
