Interesting, thanks. If Regal held more shares than the 40m disclosed in the sub notice, then I'm fairly sure they've filled out the sub notice incorrectly. Sub notice should show the total number of shares you own in the co as of date of notice, rather than just the portion of shares you've been recently acquiring. The other explanation is that they've been trading WZR and sold that 4% before April, but honestly Regal doesn't strike me as a trader type.
