You're right; that's not a 100% accurate representation of the relationship between the two.
GUD is more wholesaler, while BAP has a greater retail weighting.
I was merely trying to provide some reference to the end market, which is the same for both these companies.
Maybe, instead of "competitor", I should have used the terms "end-market peer" or "listed comparator company".
