It's probably more likely that its tax loss selling. There are billions of shares and options on issue, many that have just been placed and another CR coming at the end of next month or the start of August. So lots of people rearranging their positions.
Norwood spikes occasionally on no news and everyone gets excited saying there must be big news imminent, why would smart money enter if there wasn't big news ready. This argument has been a broken record for three years.
