The placement holder SGH also got attaching NOROA, I think most of the large trades recently have been to do with them or Pinnacle. This wasn't a trade between unrelated people, it was a preordained transaction put through the market. There could have been a few backers behind the placement and one of them wanted to sell their portion of the options to another.
