The placement holder SGH also got attaching NOROA, I think most of the large trades recently have been to do with them or Pinnacle. This wasn't a trade between unrelated people, it was a preordained transaction put through the market. There could have been a few backers behind the placement and one of them wanted to sell their portion of the options to another.
None of us know the details or motivation so it's impossible to claim the trade as positive or negative.
