Your first sentence is untrue.

The Spark deal is still for $1.1m over 4 years, or approximately $275,000 per year.

The $2m that you seem to be using, was the revenue Norwood is targetting, not the agreed number. Norwood can target $2m or $10m. Doesn't mean it'll actually end up in their bank accounts. Norwood has a long history of not meeting agreed upon contract values (with some levelling off at 75% of the expected amount, and others barely making 25% of the expected amount). To use the $2m revenue target from Norwood, instead of the agreed $1.1m that Spark agreed to, is dishonest.
