    Can't really comment DD. Simply don't have enough knowledge on what it takes / costs to run a "tech" company. Although I will concede, I always thought our "costs" were through the roof! I was merely applying a general rule I have seen large corporations apply to procurement.
    Some of your points seem valid though.
