The $500 is a yearly membership subscription fee.Yes you be can join and have access to 500 telcos and and additional 1500 massive global businesses.Problem is growler you have nothing to sell to these busineses that is of to any interest to them.Fortunately NOR has a suite of products with WVM being at the top of the list and Spark signed a 2 to 4 million two year white label agreement for VM.So enough of the silly comments on this.suggest you Google Oracle membership tiers for further information on this and actually do some research for a change instead of spreading half truths to push some agenda you have.
