Big difference between the 2. Your wording would indicate there are 500 massive prospective customers. Simple research would indicate this is far from the case.

For what it is worth, here is a list of telcos by market cap. Cannot vouch for the accuracy. But the Spark valuation seems relatively accurate. Worth noting the size at the small end for perspective on "500 telcos".
