The other question is, are competitors able to get the same or better results using different methods?
I've seen the argument that they can't do it without us, before with POC1, Philips.
And guess what....
So this is a still risk, bearing in mind the 5% of speccies only succeed. And the 90% or more of patents that sit there not successfully commercialised.
