There is only a small number of shares on offer; particularly as the top 20 hold in the order of 90% so any sell down by a large holder or even a small investor wanting access to their money causes unfounded fluctuations in price. The key thing for me is volumes are low and while there has been little corporate news. The new contract that started in April flew under the radar somewhat, so IMO no news is good news
