When I opened the investor page up for NTC I get the following message which no longer gives me the option to vote.
Column 1

There are currently no meetings open for voting.
I previously voted against, but I just wanted to make sure that my original vote remains in place, which I assume is the case.
The stench around this whole "deal" gets more odious by the day and I agree with others that the delay was purely a strategic move. Knowing ASIC's past history of doing nothing, I'm sure they couldn't give a stuff about NTC activities that are harmful for investors. Surely the progressive outcomes of voting should be secret until after the deadline has been passed? I suspect NTC will be fully aware of what the outcome was likely to be. The way this company conducts its affairs is a disgrace. Share holder money is a convenience, but share holders themselves are just an inconvenience.
