Chicodechico. just a couple of points/questions? If a shareholder originally voted in time for the first meeting, their vote will still stay the same unless they go back into the vote site at which time it reverts to "abstain" and you have to vote "against" if you want NO recorded. Does anyone else have a different understanding? CASA would possibly provide a better offer but only if a better offer was offered from elsewhere. So i don't think shareholders need to vote again in order to have their vote counted. But of course any shareholder can change their vote at any time (up until 10am Sunday online) or at the meeting itself next Tuesday. The extra 9M shares will count very much to having the shares belonging to YES voters being more than 75% of the shares belonging to NO voters (which is needed for YES to win). But the total number of YES shareholders outing still needs to be more than the total number of NO shareholders voting.
