This is very confusing but the holder of the relevant interest is "On Nut Road Limited and others", the Registered Holder of Securities is "Joey Lim".
I am not 100% sure this mean On Nut Road Limited is Joey Lim, I think it means that On Nut Road holds shares which are registered in Joey Lim's name still.
For example on the 6/20/19 "notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder" the "relevant interest" was OCP but the transaction was on-market sale of certain shares held by Total Alpha and Slim Twinkle.
This somewhat make sense as on Nut Road bought a bond backed by Joey Lim's shares. Why they don't collapse the bond and take ownership of the actual shares, I don't understand though? Anyone else.
