Sorry JRPC dont quite get your drift. My understanding is CSD is currently suspended from trading. Yes it needs a new prospectus but (at this pont in time) basically the ASX would lift the trading suspension and announce CSD's ability to begin to trade again. Even if they did not have the full required 25% spread at that point in time they would only need to show their ability to have that in place within a reasonable (up to 3 months ) time. Have not really been keeping up to date with ASX guidelines however was under the impressions the older term / format of a compliance list is now pretty much out the door anyway - happily stand to be corrected. Have not looked at the numbers so would ask can you confirm they actually have the required 25% spread - ie less than 5% holding and non related etc etc.Would be great if they do and make for a more interesting open day trading I would think. JIMO.
