It's a small capital management firm run by a guy named Clutterbuck. I guess he was born into the job. They manage about US$100 million and 10 clients. A few fat cats in the Cleveland, Ohio area where Clutterbuck is located, I guess. Assuming the numbers at the links below are correct, it seems they have put a bit less than 1% of their funds into GSW.
