Really? Is the future for KDR that crook? If the deal falls thru for any reason (inc WES getting cold feet, better ideas or a negative vote), then its a worry what the sp will become given the BOD recommendation/attitude and current trend in other lithium companies. Cant see any reason not to seriously consider bailing at $1.88/89 unfortunately! Even a higher offer is unlikely to be higher the possible drop without one and a no-deal.
