Cant see any reason not to seriously consider bailing at $1.88/89 unfortunately! Even a higher offer is unlikely to be higher the possible drop without one and a no-deal.

Sell your stock move on. There is an absolute risk, that WES pulls the bid. Or retail blocks it. If that happens Fark me. Kidman is then sub $1.00 with a massive funding issue. Interloper? 40c upside. Break? $1.00 downside from here
