    VBS Investments, VBS Exchange are both holding companies under VILO Enterprises. The only name I can find publicly is

    Campbell Olsen that is associated with those and I understand Vilo is a legal and financial advises company. Not sure how neutral the company is to the management and not sure what their intent is either
