Dennis Hong may have chosen to invest directly into Ionic industries but why would he want to do that when he is already their second largest shareholder I found this information our by speaking to one of the directors from Ionic today.
So what that tells me is that our man Dennis isn't invested in Ser foe their gold, mineral sands of copper but because he sees great forward future value of ser's holding in Ionic. Well this is all in Mt honest opinion make of it what you will but ser should still have close to 1 million in the bank so why the need for a raise now? There has to be a connection here is some sort.
