Your rationalizations are worse than your posts. No advisor worth with half a brain holds free shares from 1.50 only to sell at 38 cents and fyi...the volumes are perfectly average.
The only speculation worth pondering is that director ex escrow might be getting fed into the market since the well-known attempt at a block trade never eventuated. Substantial notices are voluntary and they're often lodged after the orders complete to avoid bias in the price. Thats a reasonable assumption.
