I'm not sure if this is a good notice.
realindex funds is closely related to or owned by colonial. From looking at the notice it seems like realindex has current ownership and the right to dispose of 4.9m shares from Colonial, 1.2m shares from citibank Hong Kong, 400k shares from jp morgan and 500k from national custodian.
The notice doesn't explicit say anywhere that the shares are borrowed but i doubt that this investment fund would be given an investment mandate from each of the different parties listed in section 4 of the notice in order to acquire more shares.
There was some ugly price action today and it might just be the start. Once $2 is broken it will be ugly.
