too late to edit thinking more, it was a new announcement, so some back room ownership transfers must have occurred to the quantity increase up to the reportable amount that was not achieved earlier ..........?? but will say again, they all are actually "owned" by citicorp who is the registered chess owner, so chess did not change (cos chess gets locked with the halt) .... but the owner that benefits from the shares is colonial - so why colonial does the announcement.
