IMHO MSE history is irrelevant and I will not be surprised for all (new / old) shareholders and if board is re-set ie the likes Brewer is now asked to pack his bags...most probably demanded....I'm confident that now Abercorn transaction has been completed MSE will reset the dial and allow John Goody (new Director) to press forward and deliver on the Kaolinite / HPA project he has vended into MSE. He is genuine and technically competent, having transformed AQR in AML (fully diluted $100m+ m/c) so happy to see him do the same here.
Hence, if per chance we see a little weakness in SP (no surprise) post $2m placement stock issue you might consider a re-THINK
