Just another thought in this space, is that it is going to get interesting with respect to the top shareholders after the CR and Indee settlement beds down. As Northwest Nonferrous Australia Mining Pty Ltd (i.e. the Chinese owners of Indee) are about to be issued with $3mill in shares at a 10% discount to the 20 day VWAP before settlement, they will end up with around 60 million shares and that may place them as the second top shareholder in DEG depending on whether KL decided to participate in the CR, or if it beats Regal Fund Managements new entry with 56k shares.

We still don't know what KL has done in this space, as it seems a notice of change in holding is somewhat overdue from them. Presumably that will pop up in the next few days. And the brokers presumably are still holding a significant amount of shares, which is around 148mill minus Regals 56mill. Who knows what will happen with them! Will certainly be interesting days in the boardroom for awhile, with at least four significant voting blocks.
