I believe he has a strong track record in roll up strategieswhich is what this is. He, like the rest of us probably saw an opportunity tomake money as the strategy was sound. It is the poor execution of the strategyby an ineffective Board that has destroyed value. Having had success in similarscenarios (roll ups) he is probably tired of seeing his investment deteriorate andwants to right the ship.
