It should be an interesting week for VRS. The Section 249D meeting needs to be called by the 26th August (21 days from the 5th) and the FY results need to be announced by the end of next week. While I have no doubt both parties have been working hard to secure the support of the insto's and major shareholders I'm guessing the FY results will start the M&D shareholder charm offensive.
Current Board will be trying to convince SH that the worst has passed (FY19 results will be shite) and they have a creditable plan going forward, Mangano and Co will be telling SH they have heard it all before and the only way to fix things is to out the incumbents.
